Repair Services

Our service is complemented by a strong technical support group, offering a full range of valves and instrumentation products for isolation, control, measurement and other process related applications.  A brief overview of our repair services includes:

· Provision of highly experienced and cross-trained valve technicians
· Handling and receiving activities
· Raising of maintenance/inspection work task orders
· Valve pre-testing and reporting
· Valve disassembly and inspection; as-found condition of parts evaluation
· Cleaning, sandblasting, shot blasting and/or chemical cleaning activities
· Detailed physical inspection and critical measurement analysis
· Machining, re-surfacing and reconditioning of damaged parts
· Repair, polishing and lapping of critical valve surfaces
· Re-assembly of valve to manufacturer’s specifications
· Valve actuator mounting and specialised valve modification activities
· Setting, testing and analysis of valve performance to regulatory codes and standards
· Hydrostatic, pneumatic, nitrogen and helium leak testing of valves and valve parts
· In-situ testing and Electronic Valve Testing (EVT), and analysis of data
· Oxidation protection provided through coating and painting
· Lubrication, flush and sealant injection
· Protection of critical parts and valve openings to prevent damage or deterioration
· Documentation of all valve, inspection, repair and testing data
· Handling and shipping activities
